Varování a informování zdravotně postižených osob (specifika a možnosti)

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Varování a informování zdravotně postižených osob. V teoretické části se zabývám ochranou, varováním a vyrozuměním obyvatelstva a vysvětluji pojmy související s touto problematikou. V další části jsou charakterizovány zdravotně postižené osoby, jejich rozdělení a uvedeny příklady existujících systémů varování zdravotně postižených osob v zahraničí a v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje návrhy možných řešení varování a informování zdravotně postižených osob se sluchovým postižením a jejich možnost předání informace o stavu tísně nebo ohrožení. Součástí je průzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem by tato skupina osob chtěla být varována a jaký způsob předání informace o stavu tísně a ohrožení by preferovala.

Thesis deals with Warning and Informing of People with Disabilities (Specifics and Possibilities). The concept of the protection, warning and notification of the population is explained in the theorecital part. The next part deals with the characteristic of people with disabilities and their specifications. Examples of existing systems of warning of people with disabilites abroad and in the Czech Republic are shown are designed in the practical part. Proposal possible solutions for the warning and informing disabled people with hearing imparied and their ability of transfering information about the state of emergency or threat. The survey was aimed to find out how they would like to be warned and what way of transfering information about the statet of emergency and threat would prefer.
