Mobilita pracovních sil na vnitřním trhu Evropské unie

Abstract

Právo volného pohybu za prací mezi členskými státy EU se řadí, spolu s volným pohybem osob, mezi občany Unie k těm nejvíce podporovaným právům a vidí v nich jednu z největších výhod členství. Tato bakalářská práce, s názvem Mobilita pracovních sil na vnitřním trhu Evropské unie, má za cíl v první kapitole komplexně poukázat na všechny důležité dokumenty týkající se volného pohybu pracovních sil na vnitřním trhu. V druhé kapitole budu podrobněji charakterizovat integrační proces ČR do EU se zaměřením na vnitřní trh. Třetí kapitola bude analyzovat využití portálu EURES v Česku, což je informační síť Unie pro usnadnění mobility práce v EU/EHP a Švýcarsku. Součástí této práce je i interpretace výsledků výzkumu využití systému EURES českými zaměstnavateli.

The right of free movement for work between the EU member states is ranked, along with the free movement of persons, of most supported rights between EU citizens, and see them, in one of the greatest benefits of membership. This bachelor thesis, entitled Labour Mobility within the European Union Internal Market, aims to comprehensively in the first chapter to refer to all relevant documents concerning the free movement of workers within the internal market. In the second chapter I will describe in detail the process of Czech republic integration to the EU, focusing on the internal market. The third chapter will analyse the use of the EURES portal, which is an EU information network to facilitate labour mobility within the EU/EEA and Switzerland. Part of this thesis is the interpretation of research results about using EURES system of Czech employers.
