Abstract
The diploma thesis is about design building of physiotherapy center with underground garage. Thesis is divorced to two parts:
The first part deals with the design of the building in terms of civil engineering. Design is processed according to valid legislation.
The second part of the thesis deals with the design of technical heating equipment, hot water heating equipment and air conditioning equipment. Heating is designed as underfloor heating with radiators. Heat sources for heating are two condensing gas boilers. Design of air conditioning provides the necessary conditioning of center space, heating and conditioning of garage and overpressure conditioning fire hall between fire sections.
Thesis also includes thermal – engineering assessment of structures, elaboration of the PENB, energy label of building and assessment heat balance of building.
