Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create project documentation for the building construction of an apartment house in Opava. The building plot is situated in a part of the municipality – Kateřinky. This bachelor’s thesis is based on the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended.

The subject of the project documentation is a four-storey apartment house with a cellar underneath. The construction system of the building is a load-bearing wall structure made of Ytong aerated concrete blocks.
