Abstract

The main aim of the master thesis "Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Requirements in the Sphere of Express Passenger Train Services" is to evaluate the tools and services, which are offered by LEO Express a.s. to their customers. Using a questionnaire survey, the thesis tries to find out how customers are satisfied and what their needs are. Based on the results, proposals and recommendations for improving the customers' satisfaction are mentioned in the final chapter.
