Vybrané problémy na trhu práce v okrese Vsetín

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on selected problems of the labor market and employment policy in the district of Vsetin. The aim of this work was to analyze the situation on the labor market for the period 2017-2019, to identify and evaluate selected problems occurring in the labor market in the district of Vsetin. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the context of the labor market and employment policy. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is divided into four parts. The first two parts examine the situation on the labor market and the use of employment policy for the period 2017-2019 in the Zlin region and then in the Vsetin district. The third part identifies selected problems in the labor market in the district of Vsetin. The last part contains suitable proposals and recommendations aimed at solving problems on the labor market in the district.
