Abstract

The thesis focuses on the design of a multifunctional building with a ground floor services located in the Černé Louky area of Ostrava. The aim of the study is to create a functional connection between residential and commercial uses that will support the local urban structure. The work involves analyzing the existing environment, identifying the needs of residents, and proposing an architectural solution. Emphasis is placed on creating an attractive public space and ensuring functional variability that will promote an active lifestyle in the area.
