Optimalizace rizika ruční manipulace s lidmi pro personál zdravotnického zařízení

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh souboru opatření ke snížení rizika při ručních manipulacích s lidmi (v tomto smyslu břemeny). Na základě zákonných požadavků, zkušeností nabytých na příslušných pracovištích a ergonomických zákonitostí jsou charakterizována rizika typická pro daná zdravotnická zařízení a jejich personál. Bakalářská práce relativizuje správnou manipulaci a praktickou činnost zdravotního personálu s ohledem na její rizika. V závěru je navržena optimalizace sledovaných činností, včetně návrhů na snížení nebo odstranění doprovodných rizik.

The objective of the thesis is to design a set of precautions to reduce risks while manipulating people (who thus become a load). Based on the obligations given by the law, the ergonomics and the experience from health care facilities, typical risks are characterized for the health care facilities and their personnel. The thesis questions the correct way of manipulation and the work of the health care personnel with regard to possible risks. The thesis concludes with a proposed optimization of monitored activities, including proposals of reducing or eliminating related risks.
