Mateřská škola v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Abstract

Zadáním této diplomové práce je vypracování projektu pro realizaci novostavby mateřské školy v nízkoenergetickém standardu s návrhem nucené výměny vzduchu a rekuperací. V rámci snižování energetické náročnosti budov je vypočtena stavební tepelná technika konstrukcí a vypracován průkaz a energetické náročnosti budovy. Projekt se dále zabývá posouzením denního osvětlení v prostorech s trvalým pobytem lidí. Mateřská škola je navržena pro 50 dětí a 8 zaměstnanců. Budova má dvě nadzemní podlaží a částečně podsklepený suterén. Cílem diplomové práce je návrh, výpočet a posudek těchto zařízení na jejich optimálních využití pro potřebu zaměstnanců a dětí v mateřské škole. Dokumentace obsahuje průvodní zprávu, souhrnnou technickou zprávu, stavební tepelnou techniku, posouzení denního osvětlení, návrh vzduchotechniky a přílohy s výpočty.

Drawing up the project for realization new building of nursery school in low-energy standard with a proposal of forced exchange air and recuperation is the assignment of this dissertation. Within increasing energetic demands of building, there is calculated building heat technology of constructions. There was also made a certificate and energetic demands of building. The project occupies the assessment of daily lighting in the area where are people with permanent residence. Nursery school is designed for 50 children and 8 employees. The building has 2 above-ground floors and it also has basement partly under the cellar. The aim of dissertation is an assessment, a calculation and an appraisal of these facilities for their optimal use for employees’ and children’s need in the nursery school. The documentation contains accompanying report, summary technical report, building heat technique, assessment of daily lighting, proposal of air-conditioning system and supplements with calculations.
