Špecifikácia managementu vybraného hokejového klubu

Abstract

The main aim of bachelor´s thesis is to analyse and specify the management of a selected hockey club with the focus on club internal management, identification of its strengths and weaknesses, and consider the impact of external factors to the club management. The second chapter consist of theoretical background of strategic management, including terms management, sport management, marketing and strategic analysis of the environment. The third chapter is focused on a specific hockey club. It describes its history, organisational structure, team and infrastructure. The fourth chapter analysis the management of the club including financial state, interviews and strategic analyses PEST and SWOT. The fifth chapter summarizes the results of the research and submits a proposal for solutions.
