Ekonomická analýza fondu údržby a oprav bytového domu

Abstract

Předmětem předkládané práce je analýza nákladů na bydlení členů malého bytového družstva. Rozdělena je do jednotlivých částí. Výchozím stavem bytového fondu v době vzniku bytového družstva a to zejména z pohledu nákladů na energie (teplo, el. energie) a provozní náklady se zabývá první část. Z takto zpracované analýzy pak vychází návrh na řešení stávajícího stavu. Zlepšením stavu, s ohledem na pořizovací náklady, energetickou náročnost včetně stanovení výše strukturovaných nákladů a jejich podílové rozdělení na uživatele jednotlivých bytových jednotek je pak zpracováno jako další samostatná část.

The subject of the work is to analyze the cost of housing members of a small housing co-operatives. Is divided into different parts. The default state of the housing stock at the time of the housing co-operatives, particularly in terms of the cost of energy (heat, electricity) and the operating costs of dealing with the first part. From this analysis it is processed proposal to address the current situation. Improving the situation with regard to cost, energy efficiency, including determining the amount of structured costs and the allocation of shares to individual users of housing units is then further processed as a separate entity.
