Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on verifying the influence of unprotected solid timber structures made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) on fire development in an enclosed space using computational modelling. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part provides a theoretical foundation and reviews the available literature related to the topic. The second part describes the modelling process and presents the individual simulation scenarios. The third part is dedicated to the discussion and evaluation of the simulation results.
