Chráněné zaměstnávání a jeho dopad na Moravskoslezský kraj

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor paper is sheltered employment of healthy handicapped people and its effect to the region. Teoretical part is focused on issues about employment of healthy handicapped people. There are also mentioned consequences in case of records of these people in the jobcentre. It contains effect of this case to the region and on the other side effect, which is resulting in case of employment in sheltered workshops. There are even definitoins of sheltered employment and sheltered workshops. The main part is focused on evaluation of actual situation in Moravian-Silesion region, numerical progress of sheltered workshops and unemployed people, healthy handicapped people and also effect detection of sheltered workshops to the region. The base for evaluation were data obtained by analysis. This analysis was performed on questionnaire investigation.
