Analýza preferencí návštěvníků vybraných technických a montánních památek v oblasti Karvinska

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast Karvinského okresu, zdejší montánní a technické památky a analýzu preferencí jejich návštěvníků. Celá práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se týká základní charakteristiky Karvinska, tedy zeměpisné polohy, demografie, klimatických poměrů, geologie, geomorfologie a hydrologie. Druhá část pojednává o historii a současném využití oblasti. Zároveň je zde vymezen a charakterizován Ostravsko-karvinský uhelný revír, který je pro Karvinsko klíčový. Ve třetí části se zabývám vybranými technickými a montánními památkami, které se nachází na území Karvinska. Poslední část mé bakalářské práce je věnována analýze preferencí návštěvníků daných památek, jejíž součástí je zároveň dotazníkové šetření, které mi pomohlo zjistit, které památky jsou pro turisty zajímavé, co se jim na nich líbí a co by zde případně změnili.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the area of the Karviná district, the local montan and technical monuments and the analysis of the preferences of their visitors. The work is divided into four parts. The first part concerns the basic characteristics of Karviná district, ie geographical location, demography, climatic conditions, geology, geomorphology and hydrology. The second part deals with the history and the current use of the area. At the same time, the Ostrava-Karviná coal district, which is key for Karviná, is defined and characterized here. In the third part I deal with selected technical and montaneous monuments, which are located in the territory of Karviná. The last part of my bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the preferences of the visitors of the given monuments, which also includes a questionnaire survey which helped me to find out which sights are interesting for tourists, what they like and what they might possibly have changed here.
