Abstract

Content of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for a start-up company which is offering service in the field of online streaming music for active people and people interested in various sports activities. The main goal is to answer the question whether the business idea is feasible and economically viable. In the theoretical part are defined knowledge about ways of making business plans, what are the specifics during making of business plans, and how it should be structured. Also recommended are the basic analytical tools that a business plan should contain. The practical part focuses on developing a business plan for the company Workout radio Ltd. This section draws on the findings, which are mentioned in the theoretical part and are practically used a variety of analytical tools. Furthermore, the practical part in the conclusion will provide recommendations on the feasibility of the business plan and the economic viability in the early years of the business.
