Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The topic of this Bachelor’s Thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of a family house on plot no. 3925/6 in the cadastral area Horní Těrlicko according to the degree no. 499/2006 Coll. On the documentation of buildings. The basis for the elaboration of the Bachelor's Thesis is an architectural study from the subject Studio design 1 – academic year 2021/2022, the thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. This basis for the elaboration was further developed and refined in the subject Studio design 5 – academic year 2023/2024, the thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, PhD. in a collaboration with the consultant of civil engineering doc. Ing. Miloslav Bagoňa, PhD. The Bachelor’s thesis contains a textual component and attachments. The textual part consists of an urbanistic and architectural study, as well as the textual part of the construction documentation. Attachments consist of drawings of the resolved object and architectural processing. The specialization of the bachelor's thesis: Architecture.
