Abstract
This thesis deals with the measurement of customer satisfaction with the services of restaurant. The main objective is to determine how are customers satisfied with the quality and quantity of services offered. Partial target was to obtain inspirational ideas for improvement and to propose to restaurant owners such recommendations that would lead to the creation of better quality and successful restaurant. Questionnaire for customers of restaurant to fill out was compiled to identify the appropriate variables. The obtained results and proposals that should lead to improving the current situation in restaurant and company are presented in conclusion.
