Abstract

In my bachelor's thesis, I focused on the design and implementation of a fast electronic overcurrent fuse. The beginning of the thesis was devoted to researching known overcurrent protections, where I discussed their types, operating principles, and differences for various applications. Subsequently, I developed the evaluation part of the proposed electronic overcurrent fuse, which I expanded with usable functional elements, such as adjustable trip current or possibilities for extension to additional protected circuits. Furthermore, I realized and verified the functionality of the proposed circuit through a series of practical tests.
