Abstract
The aim of the work „Memristor, Memristive Devices and their Applications“ is to create a coherent overview of finding and identification of the newly discovered element – Memristor, respectively Memristive devices. The Memristor and Memristive devices are seen in a terms of potential use in applied electrical engineering, physical interpretation of the structure in a response to external stimulus, classification within the circuit theory and graphical representation of the characteristic values. Theoretical outcomes are extended to a memristor model built in a OrCad – Pspice interface and its subsequent simulation. In a conclusion there are also simulated and presented widely used circuit devices coupled with Memristor starting low-pass filtr, programmable analog circuits with operational amplifiers and concept of the non-volatile memory design.
