Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyse the customer behavior on the real estate market and the possibilities of marketing and advertising to increase awareness and image of estate agencies. The analysis will examine the people´s opinions of how they view the activities of estate agencies. The Bachelor Thesis also focuses on how people evaluate the quality of services depending on the price. The Bachelor Thesis is dealt mainly with primary research. Based on the marketing research, recommendations will be proposed on how the estate agencies should change their approach to customers.
