Analýza marketingové komunikace jazykového centra

Abstract

As a topic for my dissertation work I chose to analyze maketing communication of local language centre, particularly Monty ltd., which generaly focuses on teaching english for children under the age of two. The Center exists and provides services since 2005, their very own language-focused nursery was the first facility of this kind in Ostrava. Despite their 6 year existence, they've decided to invest in marketing propagation only few years ago. The centre mostly uses Internet and printed flyers for their promotion. Since this method is not completely developed, it became my intention to concentrate on genuine communication and variety of forms of market propaganda in my thesis. The goal of my dissertation is to study the issues of marketing communications of mentioned language school, to characterize center's position on the market, describe the methods of collecting data in particular, analyze current marketing communication. Also discovering client behavior in each facility - language nursery, kindergarten and elementary school, and to offer optimal solutions of communication within their range, which will Monty ltd. succesfully use in the future.
