Abstract
The content of this study is the consumer behaviour of customers in a confectionery Barborka. The study focuses on the buying habits of customers, which relate to the purchase, quantity of products bought and attendance. The text is completed with illuminating graphs, illustrations and tables. The data were processed using Microsoft Excel.
