Abstract
Direct torque control is one of modern methods of AC machines control. This master’s thesis deals with the method of direct torque control of induction motor with direct voltage vector calculation, which was developed at the Department of Electronics FEI VŠB-TU of Ostrava. The main objective was to implement the algorithm of this method into the control system with digital signal controller TMS320F28335. The first part of the thesis presents a theoretical assumptions of direct torque control methods of induction motor, followed by a description of the implementation of the algorithm. The design also included the creation of a user interface in the LabVIEW development environment that allows to modify and monitor the most important parameters and quantities. The functionality and correctness of the design was verified by laboratory measurements. The last part of the thesis shows the results obtained by measuring the most important quantities of the AC drive.
