Abstract

The theme of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for construction of an apartmant building located in Zlín. The project documentation contains drawing part according to the scope of the assignment and a technical report according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Act No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. It is a new-build detached four storey, partly basement building with single ply flat roof. The building is designed as a brick from the Porotherm system. Foundation structure is from plain concrete belts.

Part of the diploma thesis are thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and static calculation of reinforced concrete staircase.
