Rekonstrukce úpravnické linky určené pro zpracování kameniva

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrh rekonstrukce úpravnické linky v kamenolomu, včetně zhodnocení vlastností zpracovávaného kameniva. Identifikované nedostatky v oblasti drcení, třídění a dopravy vedly k návrhu technických opatření včetně automatizace. Součástí řešení je kapacitní výpočet konkrétního pásového dopravníku, při němž byl výkon pohonu optimalizován na hodnotu odpovídající reálnému zatížení.

The thesis focuses on the analysis and reconstruction of a processing line in a quarry, with an emphasis on the evaluation of the physical properties of the processed aggregate. Identified deficiencies in crushing, screening, and material handling led to the design of targeted technical measures, including automation. A key part of the reconstruction involves a capacity calculation of a specific belt conveyor, with the drive power optimized to match actual operating conditions.
