Analýza postojů a zájmu o podnikání vysokoškolských a středoškolských studentů

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of attitudes towards and interests in business activities on the side of university and secondary school studensts. Faculty of Economics, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava and Iuventas Secondary School. The thesis consists of seven chapters. The second chapter is focused on theoretical - psychological bases of work focused on concepts of interest in student entrepreneurship and family business. The third chapter offers the characteristics of the selected two schools in terms of individual specialization and school history. The fourth chapter draws attention to the definition of applied methods. In the practical parts, research analyzes concerning students of selected schools about business were compiled. The results of this research were further evaluated with the largest GUESSS survey. The interest in student entrepreneurship, which was first analyzed using your own questionnaire survey, after you tested the hypothesis setup, another evaluation survey GUESSS 2016, and last, the motivational estimate of students to entrepreneurship was evaluated. In the sixth fair, based on proven opportunities provided by councils and recommendations to individual schools for better preparedness of students from the perspective of their own business.
