Posouzení rizik BOZP ve vnitropodnikové dopravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením rizik v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vnitropodnikové dopravě u společnosti zabývající se výrobou automobilových sedadel. V teoretické sekci práce je uveden souhrn právních předpisů souvisejících s bezpečností vnitropodnikové dopravy a je objasněn management rizik podle normy ČSN ISO 31000:2018. Praktická část se soustředí na identifikaci rizik pomocí techniky brainstorming, dále pak na analýzu a hodnocení rizik spojených s pracovním místem pracovníka nakládky a vykládky prostřednictvím metody VÚBP. Celkem bylo identifikováno 71 rizikových scénářů rozdělených do pěti kategorií. Výsledky posouzení rizik byly porovnány s interním posouzením rizik společnosti, přičemž bylo identifikováno 6 nových rizikových scénářů, které interní dokumentace dosud neobsahuje. Ke všem těmto posuzovaným rizikům byla navržena konkrétní opatření směřující k prevenci nehod a úrazů při práci.

This bachelor’s thesis examines occupational health and safety risks in internal transport at a company specializing in the manufacture of automotive seats. The theoretical section of the thesis provides an overview of legal regulations related to the safety of internal transport and explains risk management in accordance with the ČSN ISO 31000:2018 standard. The practical section focuses on risk identification using brainstorming techniques, followed by the analysis and evaluation of risks associated with the workplace of a loading and unloading worker using the VÚBP method. A total of 71 risk scenarios were identified and divided into five categories. The results of the risk assessment were compared with the company’s internal risk assessment, identifying 6 new risk scenarios not yet included in the internal documentation. Specific measures aimed at preventing accidents and injuries at work were proposed for all of these assessed risks.
