Abstract
This bachelor thesis is dealing with pelletization of metallurgical waste because of the possibility of secondary usage. In preface, the furnace aggregates are described as waste producers, with both advantages and disadvantages of each aggregate. In the next section, both type of slags are described. Afther that, comparison of binding abilities of slags and cement is made.
In the experimental part, the whole proces of pelletization is described, which means preparation of samples, bulk density specification and execution of test of compressive strength.
Finally, the evaluation of experiment is made, followed by recommendation how to increase the compression strength of the samples.
