Ekonomické aspekty soudního řízení v porovnání s jinými alternativami řešení sporů

Abstract

The thesis is focused on consideration of financial costs and time-consuming costs, which in itself involves various ways of resolving disputes along their mutual comparison. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first is the introduction. The second chapter deals with the substance of court proceedings together with the definition of basic concepts related to judiciary. The third chapter is divided to two further alternatives of disputing resolution, namely arbitration and mediation. The fourth chapter describes the analytical part, which is the comparison of alternatives based on selected criteria on the basis of public opinion. The last part of this thesis is the conclusion, which summarizes all information detected by the analytical part.
