Aplikace analýzy systému měření u výrobce lisovaných dílů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on MSA - Measurement System Analysis. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and methods that may be used. There are also discussed two methodologies - MSA and VDA 5 which can be used according to the applicable standards. The conclusion of the theoretical part examines in detail the average and range method. The practical part contains description of the selected company and the application of measurement system analysis. There is created the methodics for MSA. On the basis of the stated analyses are made some opportunities for improvement. There are also implemented some corrective measures and are evaluated the results of MSA.
