Mapování 3D prostoru pomocí LIDARových dat

Abstract

There are a lot of different technical fields in which is mapping of 3D space used these days. A good example can be it’s use for localization of cars and other vehicles, then realistic 3D models of buildings or other areas and last but not least has a big use in robotics. One of the most widely used and the most interesting method of mapping is mapping by using LIDAR technology or by using LIDAR scanner. This work includes a description of several methods, which are used for maping and also an implementation of one of these methods.
