Komparácia gendrovej problematiky v ČR a vo vybraných krajinách

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out and compare to what extent companies take on the fact that their employees are both women and men, individuals with biological and personality differences. Part of the aim is also to find out gender awareness, analyze the position of women in the labor market and find out their opinion on the legislative treatment of this issue through quotas (from the point of view of general public as well as companies) by a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part explains the key concepts, historical context, current management trends and legislativne issues. In the application part of this thesis are explained selected methods and analyzes the obtained data from questionnaire surveys and interviews. The comparison is applied to three countries - the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. In final part are proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.
