Abstract

The subject of my thesis is to design a project of family house for construct the building and design of heating. For that reason, my thesis is composed of two parts – the constructional part and the building services part. The first part deals with an appropriate proposal of build-ing structures to meet the thermal insulation requirements of the relevant standards. The second part deals with the proposal for the heating of the object. The priority of my thesis was to design architecturally interesting house with effec-tive heating system in consideration of actual condition of energies and fuels. I choose con-densing boiler as the main source of heating co-operate with the secondary source of heating - fireplace insert. The heating system is designed as a low-temperature in combination with underfloor heating and radiators. A theoretical part deals with heat loss, principle and technology of underfloor heating and using and commissioning underfloor heating.
