Abstract
The introductory chapter of this thesis is focused on the description of the materials that are further on in the experimental part. These are dopamine and carbon nanomaterials. More specifically graphene oxide prepared here by the Hummers method and its modifications. The thesis also includes an introduction to the concepts of public and critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic and their basic division. The chapter on corrosion complements the theoretical part and connects the main idea of the thesis. This is the protection of metal structures of infrastructure elements against corrosion by means of coatings with a combination of the above mentioned materials.
