Abstract
Waste, what is waste actually? Theoretically, the real waste does not exist. It is a fallout which can not be further utilized by the producer. Therfore, it is called waste. In agreement with law No. 185/2001 code, the waste is a movable asset that became unusable for the user and that the user disposes of with the view to discard it, or it is a thing that had been discarded according to the specific law regulations. The range of things that are, under the further stated conditions, considered waste, is shown in the appendix No. 1 of the law.
The question of disposal or reasonable utilization of the fallouts, that originate from various technologies and some of which has features of specific or hazardous waste, is nowadays the major task not only from the environmental point of view but also from the economic point of view.
According to the american chemist G. T. Seaborg, all waste, that is nowadays called secondary raw material, will become the main source of raw materials and natural unbroached resources will become the reserve for the future consumption.
The aim of the dissertation is to undertake the analysis on the utilization of the current area of the former Chomutov municipal dump. Further then, the examination of the purchase of the new crushing and screening plant, of the shovel „ALLU SM“ designated for inert building waste utilization in comparison with the usage of the current lease of the mobile crushing plant with the sizable rotary sieve, in term of the volume of production of recycled inert materials.
