Abstract

The theme of this thesis concerns the Legal and Economic Aspects of the Management of Organizations. The chosen organization falls within the area of social services. The introductory part characterizes state and private nonprofit organizations. Organizations established by government departments and local authorities are then described, as well as the differences between them. The next part of the work involves the management of organizations. The means used by an organization to obtain funds for its management are presented here. Major attention is devoted to individual funds, which create organizations. The final part includes a description of the basic information about the organization Home Solstice. A crucial part is an analysis of the management of the organization. The sources of financing, costs, revenues and profit are described in detail here.
