Analýza změn závazků a jejich důsledků pro věřitele a dlužníky

Abstract

This disertation deals with the issue of changing obligations' relations. Obligations are looked mainly from an economic aspect as business-legal obligations here. Its main aim is a detailed analysis of individual changes in obligations' relations and subsequently the consequences of these changes for the subjects, i.e. the debtor and the creditor. Main legal enactments on which the thesis is based are the Commercial Code and Civil Code. The first part of my dissertation includes information about principles of an obligation's law. It deals with largely problems rise these relations, their subjects, extinction and so on. The second part is focused on a detailed legal regulations of individual changes. It includes changes in a content of obligations and in subjects of obligation relations too. The third part includes the analysis of individual consequences which are produced by changes of debtor and creditor.
