Zhodnocení výkonnosti strojírenského podniku

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluete the Performance assessment of engineering company ARMATURY Group a. s. between the years 2005 and 2009. The evaluation was performed in the selected company and its largest competitor MSA, a. s. by traditional performance indicators. The work consists of five parts: introduction, methodological section, application section, summary, suggestions and recommendations and conclusion. In the methodological section there is defined theoretical foundation and methodological procedures, which are used in application section on performance assessment of selected companies. In the summary, suggestions and recommendations are implemented results of the analysis and synthesi of proposals and recommendations designed to improve the performace of both companies.
