Abstract

ANNOTATION This thesis presents and discusses the specification of the responsibilities of all participants in the construction industry, while working at height and rescue principles and determination to reduce accidents in the safety and health at work. The central part of this work is to evaluate the impact of human error in safety at height and rescue using the methods of HTA-PHEA 1.0. Specifically, there is described the type of modeling errors in man-machine systém that can be expected in carrying out scaffolding work.
