Abstract
Subject of this bachelor thesis is earth fault. At the beginning of the thesis is explained basic parameters of power line, describes outdoor network and cable network, types of distribution networks and material for the manufacturing of conductors. The thesis describes beginning of earth fault and his kinds. Thesis contains methods of compensation of earth faults and his localization.
In the last part of thesis contains a proposal of compensation choke.
