Ovlivnění užitných vlastností reflexních oděvů pro hašení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reflexními oděvy pro speciální hašení ohně. V teoretické části je proveden přehled těchto oděvů se základními informacemi a popsanou materiálovou skladbou. Materiály využívané pro výrobu oděvů jsou v další kapitole detailně popsány a u aramidových vláken je proveden průzkum společností, které se zabývají výrobou a vývojem. Následuje kapitola sdílení tepla, kde jsou popsány způsoby šíření tepla. Další část se zabývá zkušebními metodami a požadavky na reflexní oděvy podle ČSN EN 1486. Praktická část práce zkoumá, jak ovlivní stav reflexní vrstvy oděvu ochranné vlastnosti. Pro ověření ovlivnění vlastností je navržen a proveden experiment. Ten je detailně popsán spolu s přípravou vzorků pro měření.

This master thesis deals with reflective clothing for special fire extinguishing. In the theoretical part is described overwiev of these clothing with the basic information and materials structure. In the next part are specified in detail the materials which are used for production and the aramid fabric is surveyed companies, which are engaged in production and development. The following chapter is heat transfer, where are described the forms of heat transfer. Another part examines test methods and requirements for reflective suits according to ČSN EN 1486. The practical part of the thesis examines the influencing of the end-use properties of reflective suit for firefighting. To verify the influence of properties is designed and performed experimental measurement. It is specified in detail together with preparation of samples for measurement.
