Abstract
This work has follow the possibility of using the voltage controlled amplifiers in telecomunication technology and it is orientated mainly to voltage controlled active filters. It compares the most of available integrated circuits with VCA function from viewpoints like gain range, gain bandwidth and control voltage. Simulations of filters behaviour are designed in SNAP software. In the end the chosen filters are experimentaly measured so we can compare influence of real components parameters to frequency characteristics.
