Hotel Luis

Abstract

Part of project documentation for hotel construction which is supposed to be a member of spa complex in Ostrava city is subject of this bachelor thesis. Urban study designed in subject Ateliérová tvorba III and IV has been used as a base part for this work. Design of spa complex with warm underground mine water utilization is main aim of this work. This water must be sucked from underground to avoid OKD mines from being flooded. This hutch water has positive impact on human body due to specific chemical composition. So using it for spa purpose, sports activity and accommodation seems to be good idea.
