Identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem této práce je zmapovat prostředí nově založené firmy a nalézt faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Dále určit klíčové faktory, vymezit možné příležitosti a hrozby z nich vyplývající a na jejich základě vypracovat doporučení pro další rozvoj firmy. V práci je využita analýza PEST, analýza vnitřních faktorů podniku a metoda SWOT. Na základě analýzy byla pro firmu zformulována doporučení a vybrána vhodná strategie.

The aim of this thesis is to map the environment of the newly established company and find the factors influencing this company. Moreover, the thesis focuses on selecting the key factors, presenting the possible opportunities and threats arising from them and on their basis it discusses some recommendations for further development of the company. PEST analysis of the internal company factors and SWOT analysis is used in this study. As the result of the analyses, several suggestions are given and the appropriate strategy is recommended.
