Návrh zlepšení hospodaření a služeb Městské knihovny Šumperk

Abstract

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá příspěvkovými organizacemi zřizovanými ve veřejném neziskovém sektoru. Autorka práce objasňuje princip fungování příspěvkových organizací včetně jejich financování a také je věnována pozornost jejich marketingové stránce. Praktická část je věnována Městské knihovně Šumperk. Nejdříve je knihovna představena jako organizace a dále je provedeno její hodnocení pomocí finanční analýzy, benchmarkingu a SWOT analýzy. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou pak vyvozeny další závěry a zhodnoceno Public Relations knihovny.

The theoretical part of the present bachelor thesis deals with contributory organizations in the public non-profit sector. In this bachelor thesis, the operation principles of contributory organizations together with their financing and marketing strategies are clarified. The practical part is dedicated to the Šumperk Municipal Library. First, the library as an organization is introduced, upon which its rating by means of financial, benchmarking and SWOT analyses is discussed. Based on a questionnaire survey, additional conclusions are drawn, and the library’s PR assessed.
