Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design of an exhibition hall made of wooden – based materials. The thesis includes brief research, layout design and the design of three variations of the exhibition hall supporting system. The design and assessment of load-bearing elements and selected crucial joints was prepared for the selected variant. Fire resistence assessment was made for wooden elements. The drawing documentation is attached to the diploma thesis.
