Abstract
The purpose of the thesis is to consider the application of age management in organizations in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to AM and the methodology of the work. The practical part analyses the results obtained by questionnaire survey. The measures applied in the framework of AM and the consequent benefits derived from them are observed. The results are compared according to three factors (size of the organization, type of economic sector or status of the family business).
The results of the analysis show that organisations in different economic sectors and different sizes of organisations apply age management measures in different ways.
