Simulační cvičení - koordinace poskytování humanitární pomoci

Abstract

Humanitární pomoc vždycky byla, je a bude jednou z podstatných částí zvládnutí následků mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. Její koordinace není vždy jednoduchá a někdy bohužel, kvůli složitosti, není stoprocentně využitá. Tento dokument se zabývá hledáním typických problémových úkolů při poskytování všech forem humanitární pomoci, které následně využiji při vytvoření simulačního cvičení pro potřeby vzdělávání krizových štábů obcí s rozšířenou působností. Pro nalezení těchto úkolů posloužil rozbor případových studií pomocí metody myšlenkové mapy.

Humanitarian aid has always been, is and will be one of the essential parts of dealing with the consequences of emergencies and crisis situations. Its coordination is not always easy and sometimes, unfortunately, due to its complexity, it is not 100% used. This document deals with the search for typical problem tasks in the provision of all forms of humanitarian aid, which I will then use in the creation of simulation exercises for the needs of education of crisis staffs of municipalities with extended powers. To find these problem tasks, was used the analysis of case studies by using the mind map method.
