Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on methods of measuring direct voltage with galvanic isolation. The first part introduces the principles of magnetic and optical isolation, with special emphasis on the use of isolated amplifiers. Technical parameters of selected isolated amplifiers from various manufacturers are analyzed. Based on this analysis, the AMC1200 amplifier was selected, and a measuring circuit was designed and simulated in OrCad – PSpice for TI. In the next phase, a final circuit and PCB layout were developed in KiCad. The functionality of the proposed solution was then verified through practical measurements. The goal of this work was to create a compact and cost-effective measuring circuit with galvanic isolation that ensures sufficient accuracy and reliability.
