Abstract

FORST, Petr. Možnosti využití ZDP pro přenos informací z objektu k veliteli zásahu. Bakalářská práce. Ostrava: Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2025. Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem možného rozšíření systému přenosu informací prostřednictvím zařízení dálkového přenosu pro lepší informovanost velitele zásahu. V úvodu práce jsou popsány základní prvky celého systému přenosu dat z elektrické požární signalizace na pult centralizované ochrany, včetně legislativních a normativních požadavků. Dále jsou popsány současné způsoby vyrozumívání jednotek požární ochrany. Následuje přehled vybraných činností velitele zásahu od vyhlášení poplachu po zahájení likvidace požáru. V další části práce obsahuje návrh možností, jak zlepšit stávající stav s cílem usnadnit rozhodování veliteli zásahu. V závěru je uvedeno vyhodnocení dotazníku, který byl rozeslán velitelům stanic Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, posouzení navrhovaného modelu a porovnání se zavedenou praxí v zahraničí.

FORST, Petr. Possibilities of using ZDP for transmission of information from the object to the intervention commander. Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2025. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal of a possible expansion of the information transmission system through a supervised premises transciever for better information of the intervention commander. In the beginning of the thesis, the basic elements of the entire data transmission system from the fire detection and alarm systém to the alarm receiving centre are described, including legislative and normative requirements. The current methods of the notifying firefighting units are also described. The following is an overview of the selected activities of the intervention commander from the announcement of the alarm to the initiation of fire suppression. In the following part of the thesis contains a proposal for ways to improve the current situation in order to facilitate decision-making by the intervention commander. The conclusion includes an evaluation of the questionnaire that was sent to station commanders of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, an assessment of the proposed model and comparison with established practice abroad.
